A major component of PSBAA's Workplan and the Association's mission is Leadership Development.

Our longstanding leadership program for Trustees and Senior Administration is called PSBAA University.

In 2003 we introduced INSPIRATIONS, the first PSBAA University specifically designed for School-based Leaders.
